1. About Us

Pantheon Cards is a sole trader business based in England, selling sealed trading card products, graded cards, and singles online. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Products

We sell sealed trading card products (including booster boxes, booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and other sealed items), graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, and others), and individual singles. We also offer presale listings for upcoming products prior to their official release date.

All sealed products are sold as-is. We do not guarantee the contents of any sealed product and are not responsible for card pulls, print quality, or manufacturer defects within sealed items. By purchasing sealed product, you acknowledge and accept this.

Graded card grades are as provided by the grading company and we take no responsibility for regrading outcomes or grade disputes with third-party grading companies.

3. Presale Orders

We regularly list products for presale up to one to two months before their official release date. By placing a presale order, you agree to the following terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions:

• Presale listings display an estimated release and dispatch date. This is an estimate only and is subject to change based on manufacturer, distributor, or shipping delays beyond our control.

• Payment is taken in full at the time of placing a presale order.

• You may cancel your presale order at any time before the item has been dispatched and receive a full refund.

• If a presale item is delayed beyond 4 weeks after the original estimated release date, you will be notified by email and given the option to either keep your order (updated dispatch date provided) or cancel it for a full refund.

• If we are unable to fulfil a presale order for any reason (e.g. stock allocation issues, product discontinuation), we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

• Presale items will be dispatched within our standard 1-2 business day window once stock is received and confirmed.

• Presale prices are fixed at the time of purchase and will not change, even if market prices fluctuate before release.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to dispatch.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, including for presale items.

5. Contract Formation

A contract between you and Pantheon Cards is formed only once we have confirmed your order and dispatched the goods. For presale orders, the contract is formed at the time of order confirmation but fulfilment is subject to stock availability and release.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will provide a full refund where payment has already been taken.

6. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use) in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply and are not affected by these Terms.

Consumers purchasing from the EU retain applicable rights under relevant EU consumer protection legislation.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our website, for full details of your rights and our procedures regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds. For presale-specific cancellation rights, see Section 3 above.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantheon Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your purchase, including any losses arising from delays to presale items caused by manufacturers or distributors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks referenced on our website (e.g. Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!) belong to their respective owners. Pantheon Cards is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card manufacturer or publisher.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
