Shipping policy

Overview

Pantheon Cards ships to the United Kingdom and worldwide. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. For presale orders, dispatch occurs within 1-2 business days of stock being received following the product's release. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Processing & Dispatch

        Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

        In-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment.

        Presale orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of stock being received and verified after the product's release date.

        You will receive a dispatch confirmation email (and tracking information where applicable) once your order has been sent.

 

Presale Dispatch

Products listed as presales are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. Estimated release and dispatch dates are displayed on each presale listing. These dates are estimates based on information from manufacturers and distributors and may be subject to change.

        We will notify you by email if a presale item is delayed beyond 4 weeks of the original estimated release date.

        Once presale stock is received, orders will be dispatched in the order they were placed.

        Presale items may be dispatched separately from in-stock items if ordered together, or held until all items are available — this will be communicated at the time of ordering or when delays become known.

 

UK Shipping

We offer a range of UK shipping options depending on order size and value. Available services and rates are displayed at checkout.

        Standard tracked delivery: estimated 2-5 business days after dispatch.

        Expedited/next-day options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

        High-value orders (sealed booster boxes, graded cards, etc.) will be sent via a fully tracked and insured service.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

        International orders are sent via tracked services where available.

        Estimated delivery times: EU typically 5-10 business days; Rest of World typically 7-21 business days. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing.

        Pantheon Cards is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International buyers (including EU customers post-Brexit) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are entirely the buyer's responsibility.

Pantheon Cards will declare the accurate value of goods on all customs documentation and will not falsify values or mark items as gifts to circumvent customs fees.

 

Packaging

We take care to package all items securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and boxed where appropriate. Graded cards and singles are packed with rigid protection.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at pantheoncards7@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

        For UK orders: please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

        For international orders: please contact us within 30 days of dispatch.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Pantheon Cards is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
